I can't connect to RUBY Rewards!

Do you have to authorise your account every time to get onto Ruby Rewards?

No! Just once is enough to give you access to RUBY Points! 🫢

What happens if I unauthorize my RUBY Rewards account, but want to authorize it again?

You can reauthorize your RUBY Rewards account even though you have previously unauthorized your account. 🌟

  • Just log in to your Ruby Sweeps account and click the Connect button by the RUBY Points balance section.

    • You'll need to make sure you use the same email address that is associated with your Ruby Sweeps account. ❀️

Can I keep my RUBY Rewards account even though my Ruby Sweeps account is closed?

You will still have access to your RUBY Rewards account even if you want to close your Ruby Sweeps account! πŸ₯³

All you need to do is unauthorize your Ruby Sweeps account from within RUBY Rewards.

You can Self-Exclude on your Ruby Sweeps account through your account page if you would like to take a break or close your Ruby Sweeps account.

How do I unauthorize my RUBY Rewards Account?

1. Go to your RUBY Rewards account - RUBY Rewards!

2. Login with your Ruby Sweeps/RUBY Rewards email and password.

3. Click on your name at the top of the screen.

4. Click "Account".

5. Click on "Revoke Authorization".

Once you've completed these steps, your Ruby Sweeps Account will once again show the "Connect" button next to your RUBY Rewards balance. 😊

My name is hyphenated and it's not working!

The RUBY Rewards system doesn't recognize names with hyphens in them. Our team is working on a future fix for this. πŸ₯³

But don't worry! We can still get you signed up with RUBY Rewards.

If your name has a hyphen (ex. John Brown-Smith), please remove the hyphen and write it as one long last name. (ex. John BrownSmith).

I'm trying to enter a password, but it's not allowing it, what do I do?

The password you use for your RUBY Rewards account doesn't need to match your Ruby Sweeps password. 😊

Here's what you should use to set a strong, easy-to-remember password for RUBY Rewards:

- Use a few memorable, random words longer than 5 characters

- Add numbers where possible

- Include uppercase letters

- Don't use your name, address or other identifiable information

If you have any issues, click the eyeball icon by your password, you can take a peek and make sure that your password is typed in correctly.

I forgot my RUBY Rewards password! What do I do?

To update your password, go to the RUBY Rewards login screen and click on the "Forgot Password" option.

  • This will prompt you to enter the email address that you use for Ruby Sweeps and RUBY Rewards.

  • Once confirmed, a password reset link will be sent to your email.

  • Follow the link in this email to create a new password.

  • Woohoo! You're all set! πŸ₯³

  • Just log back in.

I already have a RUBY Rewards account with a different email

In order to qualify for RUBY Points, your RUBY Rewards account must match your Ruby Sweeps account.

Click on the "Sign Up" button in the RUBY Points field and sign up with your Ruby Sweeps email.

Once you've made your matching account, you can authorize and "Connect" your Ruby Sweeps account with your RUBY Rewards account. 🀩
