Taking Photos of Your Documents
✅Take your photos in a well-lit space. Clear photos get the best results. ☀️
✅If your camera quality isn't the best, try taking photos on another device and then sending them to yourself before uploading. 📨
Uploading Photos or Documents
✅You might have used all the storage on your device. See if there are any images, files, or apps that you can delete from your storage and try again! 🗑️
Accepting my ID
✅Use an ID that isn't damaged. If your ID is damaged, it will likely be rejected. ❌
✅Make all of your information visible. We need to clearly see your name, photo, date of birth, and issue/expiry date. 🪪
Accepting my Proof of Address
✅Upload a photo of a PDF document of your Proof of Address. We can't accept screenshots. 📷
✅Make sure your document is less than 3 months old. We need to be able to see the date in your photo or PDF upload. 📅
✅All four corners of your document should be visible in your photo upload. 📄
