My Account Has Been Hacked, What Do I Do?

There are some steps you can take as soon as you know your account has been hacked.

1️⃣ Change your Ruby Sweeps Password immediately

2️⃣ Take note of any charges made on your account. It may be helpful to lock any cards you've used on your account if you suspect someone has gained access to your account or device.

3️⃣ Reach out to Customer Support with any information you have about the hack including:

  • The date and time that your account may have been compromised

  • Any steps you've taken to re-secure your account

  • Any purchases that were made on your account that you did not make including

    • The dates and times of the purchases

    • The purchase amounts

    • The transaction IDs of each purchase

    • The last 4 digits of the cards used on your account.
