On Ruby Sweeps, Emeralds can be classified as Complimentary or Won. Here's a quick explanation!
🆓 Complimentary Emeralds
Complimentary Emeralds are Emeralds that you have freshly claimed through either our Daily Spin Wheel, select Coin Bundle purchases or other marketing promotions.
These Emeralds have not yet been played through in any Ruby Sweeps Games.
Complimentary Emeralds cannot be redeemed.
🥇 Won Emeralds
Won Emeralds are Emeralds that you have won through games on Ruby Sweeps while playing through your Complimentary Emeralds!! 🤩
These Emeralds can be reserved and redeemed for real cash prizes!! 💸
🤔 How do I know how many I have of each type of Emerald?
You can check your Won Emerald and Complimentary Emerald balances in your account information. You click on the 3 lines to the right of your device and then click 'Account'!
Then, in your account, it will tell you how many Gold Coins and Total Emeralds you have!
In this example, the player has 1,116,435 Gold Coins.
Their total amount of Emeralds is 0.4 Emeralds.
0.25 of their Emeralds are complimentary (from the daily spin wheel), and the remaining 0.15 are won and can be redeemed once they get to a minimum of 50 Won Emeralds.
