Didn't receive the verification email?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from [email protected] - type "noreply" in your email search bar.

Document upload rejected?
Ensure your ID or proof of address is clear, unobstructed, and shows all four corners. Liveness selfies must show your face clearly.

State not available?
Ruby Sweeps is not available in all states due to regulatory restrictions. You must be in an approved state to play.


​Bonus not received or working?
Make sure you are email verified, and have completed your sign up. Unsure if you have completed verification? Check in your Account section, under the verify your identity section. You will see a green tick if you have completed this!
Once this is complete, and you still haven't received the automatic bonus or you are having trouble with your gift code then contact Customer Support.
