💡 Helpful Tips for Faster Help

The more info you share up front, the quicker we can help. When relevant, include:

  • Your device type (Apple/iOS or Android/Windows)

  • Browser you're using (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

  • A description of the issue and any error messages

  • For game issues: which game, the date/time, and any Gold Coins or Emeralds you think are missing

  • For payment issues: transaction ID and last 4 digits of the card used
