Club Ruby Terms and Conditions: Club Ruby is provided to players for free and at the sole discretion of Ruby Sweeps. The Club Ruby calculation period is from 12am on the 15th of each month until 11:59pm on the 14th of the following month. To qualify for the Ruby Tier an individual must receive between 1 and 4,999 Points during the qualification period. To qualify for the Bronze Tier an individual must receive between 5,000 and 9,999 Points during the qualification period. To qualify for the Silver Tier an individual must receive between 10,000 and 14,999 Points during the qualification period. To qualify for the Gold Tier an individual must receive between 15,000 and 19,999 Points during the qualification period. To qualify for the Champion Tier an individual must receive over 20,000 Points during the qualification period. Players can receive points by completing qualifying actions. Only "Current Points" contribute to the total points needed to qualify. The "Current Points" will reset on the 15th of each month. Players will be moved to their applicable tier at any point on the 15th of each month. Ruby Sweeps may exclude any person of their choosing from Club Ruby for any reason without explanation. Ruby Sweeps may change the means in which individuals earn points, the value of points or the points needed to reach each tier at any point for any reason without explanation. The number of Club Ruby Points shown on the purchase page is only applicable to purchases made without a promotion code. Purchases made with a promotional code will give a lesser number of Club Ruby Points. Ruby Sweeps may cancel Club Ruby at any point if misuse occurs. General Terms and Conditions apply.
