Super VIP Program

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the Super VIP ("Program") offered by Ruby Sweeps LLC ("Company"). By participating in the Program, eligible participants in the Program("Participants") agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry into the Program is restricted to only people who have been offered it by the Company. Any person who has not been offered entry is not eligible to enter. A person will be offered entry into the program when they receive an email or link to the promotion addressed to them by the Company.   

3. Ruby Points

3.1. All Participants are eligible to receive Ruby Points for a successful referral.

3.2. Participants may also receive Ruby Points by completing challenges such as purchase verifying, or redemption verifying the Participants account. 

3.2. Ruby Points can be redeemed for prizes determined by the Company. 

3.3. If the Participant is registered with Ruby Sweeps, they will be able to redeem Ruby Points for prizes such as coin bundles, which can be used on the Ruby Sweeps website. 

3.4. Any redemption of Ruby Points will be at the sole discretion of Ruby Sweeps, and will be conditional on the Participant successfully completing s verified purchase on Ruby Sweeps.

4. Referral Submission

4.1. Referrals must be new candidates who are not currently or have not been previously employed by the Company or have an account on Ruby Sweeps.

5. Ruby Points Details

5.1. Ruby Points will be awarded based on a successful referral or the completion of certain actions determined by the Company. 

5.2. A successful referral occurs when a candidate referred onto the Ruby Sweeps platform completes and approved at KYC Purchase verification.  

5.3. The Ruby Points amount is specified as follows:

For each successful referral, the Participant will receive Ruby Points. 

5.4. Ruby Points will be allocated within 7 days once the successful referral is verified by Ruby Sweeps. 

5.5 Ruby Points are to be allocated at Ruby Sweeps sole discretion.  

5.6. A Participant cannot redeem any of their Ruby Points until they have accrued a total of 50,000 Ruby Points.

6. Program Administration

6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Any disputes or questions regarding the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Company who run the promotions.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

7.1. Participants must maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding the Referral process.

7.2. The Company will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company's privacy policy, located at https://play.rubysweeps.com/privacy..

7.3. By agreeing to this policy, you agree to be bound by the Ruby Sweeps privacy policy. 

7.4 Any information provided by the Participant or by a person referred by the Participant during their use of the Ruby Sweeps platform will be the sole property of Ruby Sweeps. 

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Participation in the Program does not create any contractual or legal rights to employment or continued employment with the Company.

8.2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify and can remove Ruby Points from any Participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct that the Company deems inappropriate or unethical.

8.3. These terms and conditions are governed by Ruby Sweeps, and any disputes will be subject to Ruby Sweeps review.

8.4. This offer is available during the dates stipulated by  Ruby Sweeps and can be discontinued without notice.

8.5. Rewards will only be available through this program and can not be duplicated with Ruby Sweeps standard programs 

8.6. Previous referrals are not eligible prior to the start date of this program

8.7. Participants must not make any referrals within any bingo halls where they are employed. 

8.8. Ruby Sweeps will be governed by their Terms and Conditions as well as Ruby Points Terms and Conditions. 

8.9. The Company will not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement as a consequence of a force majeure event. 

8.10. This agreement will be governed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. 

8.11. In no event shall the Company be liable to a user or any third party in contract, tort or otherwise for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, punitive or economic damages or lost profits.

8.12. If any provision of this agreement or its application to any party becomes invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of this agreement will remain enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law. 

8.13. Participant must not assign or transfer (or purport to assign or transfer) its interest in this agreement without the Company's prior written consent. 

By participating in the Super VIP program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
