What is a Promo Code? – Ruby Sweeps

A promo code is a special code we send to players that unlocks additional Gold Coins and Emeralds with their purchases!

Promo codes can only be used when you're purchasing a pack to get an added percentage or match of bonus Gold Coins and Emeralds on top of your Coin Bundle. 💃🏼

These Promo Codes will typically add a 25%, 50% or 100% match on specific purchases only! You will need to check the email you'll receive containing the code and the Terms and Conditions to be sure of which Coin Bundle it's for. 🔎
Promo Codes and Gift Codes are two different things, offering different benefits and rewards, and they’re entered in separate places! Here’s a helpful guide to clarify the differences 😊

You receive a Promo Code that will unlock a 100% match on a $19.99 Coin Bundle.
You go to buy a $19.99 Coin Bundle. This will get you 25000 Gold Coins and 20 Emeralds as normal. 🎉
When you add the Promo Code for a 100% match, that gets you an additional 25000 Gold Coins and 20 Emeralds.
So! By using the Promo Code for a 100% Match on your $19.99 purchase, you've received a total of 50,000 Gold Coins and 40 Emeralds!! 💸💸

3️⃣ Click on "Purchase"

4️⃣ Choose the Coin Bundle you would like to purchase

5️⃣ Enter your Promo Code on this page in the Promo section in ALL CAPS with no spaces before or after the code.

6️⃣ Click on the check mark next to the code. If it is valid, you'll see your possible bonus displayed in this bar.

7️⃣ Tick the boxes for the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy

8️⃣ Click Pay Now to complete your purchase with your Promo Code

Here are some helpful tips if you're having some trouble!

Make sure the code you are trying to use is a promo code and not a gift code - here's a helpful article to know the difference! What is a Gift Code?
For the monthly promotions that get you a certain match, make sure you're claiming on a Tuesday or Friday.
For marketing promo codes, make sure the code is still valid for the date that you are trying to enter it. Some promo codes are only valid for a few hours!
Make sure that the code has been entered in ALL CAPS and with no spaces before or after the code.
