How do I sign up for Ruby Bingo?
You will need to have an ID verified Ruby Sweeps account.
Once you have this you can sign up for our Free Verified sessions and our Paid sessions!
You can find these in the Live Bingo tab on the Ruby Sweeps site.
How will I get my bingo cards?
You will be able to see them in the Live Bingo tab on Ruby Sweeps closer to the time of the stream! You will only see your cards for the upcoming session.
What do I do if I can’t find my bingo cards?
When you click into Live Bingo on Ruby Sweeps, your cards will appear there on the stream day!!
If you have bought in Emerald Cards and Gold coin cards only your Emerald cards will be visible. Don’t worry though! If your winning card is in gold coins we will still have this information and you will receive your prizing.
If you cannot see any of your cards do a hard refresh of the site.

How do I daub my bingo cards?
Your bingo cards are are automatically daubed as the balls drop so you don’t need to worry about doing this manually!
How do I know if I’m a winner?
We'll let all players know who the lucky winner OR winners are in the stream! If you are unsure if you were a winner or not please reach out to [email protected] and the team can check this for you!
How do I chat on the livestream?
There is a live chat area on the stream where you can type in and chat with the other people playing Bingo! Say hello if you want to chat, we’re so excited to have you here.
Why can’t I hear anything on the livestream?
Whenever you join the livestream, the video might be muted! Hover over the video playing and click on the ‘Mute/Unmute’ button. Then you should be able to hear our bingo caller! If you still can’t message in the chat function so we know and then we can help!
What if I received my bingo cards, but I missed the livestream? Can I still play? What if I won?
This all depends on if it was a paid or free session, for Free sessions you need to be on the live stream to click bingo and receive your rewards. If you have bought in and are in a Paid session you do not need to be present in the live stream as these winnings will be added regardless.
How many Emeralds does it cost for Extra cards?
It costs 1 Emerald to buy an extra card for a game! Pre-sales for games are cheaper than entering when you join too! So sign up early!!
