Ruby Bingo! How Do I Play?

Here are some tips and tricks on how to Sign up for Ruby Bingo and play along. Ruby Bingo sessions are live-streamed events where participants can engage in bingo games in real time. These might feature special hosts or themes. Sessions typically have a set schedule, and users can either join as active participants or watch as spectators.

Note: You need to Sign Up for our Bingo Sessions every time! So whenever we release a new session, make sure you Sign Up to play. If sign-ups for a session are closed, you will not be able to participate actively but can still tune in to watch the livestream. The stream will go live at its scheduled time regardless of sign-up availability.

Step 1: Log in to your Ruby Sweeps account via the app/website.

Step 2: Find the 'Live Bingo' section on the Menu bar. Here's what it looks like:

Step 3: If there isn't a current livestream game playing, you will be able to see when our future Bingo sessions are!

Here's what you can see on each session box:

Step 4: It will 'Process' your sign-up and then you're locked and loaded and ready for the next Bingo session! 🥳

You will receive emails closer to the livestream date and time with all the information you need for the session. Notifications for new sessions are also provided in advance via the Ruby Sweeps, especially for flagship games or events with special hosts or bonuses.

Note: When you enter a Paid Bingo Session, you either pay with Gold Coins or Emeralds. If you pay with Gold Coins and win, the rewards will be in Gold Coins. If you pay with Emeralds and win, the rewards will be in Emeralds.

Note: For our paid sessions, the Gold Coins or Emeralds will be deducted from your account before the stream starts. So, make sure you have the right amount of Gold Coins or Emeralds in your account! Remember, even as a spectator, you can enjoy the livestreamed event if sign-ups are closed. This ensures everyone gets a chance to join the fun in one way or another!

Your Bingo cards will be generated before the livestream starts! So don't worry if you don't have your Bingo Cards straight away! ✨

Here's how to find your Bingo Cards:

Step 1: Log in to your Ruby Sweeps account.

Step 2: Go back to the 'Live Bingo' section on the app/website.

Step 3: You will be able to see your Bingo Cards there!

Step 4: There is a 'Download' button on this page, too. This is for if you want to physically print out your Bingo Cards on paper and daub your numbers from there.

Note: If you don't see your Bingo Cards 10 minutes before the livestream starts, reach out to our Customer Support team and they will be happy to help you!

When your Bingo Cards are generated via the 'Live Bingo' section on our app/website, you will be able to either daub yourself or we have an auto-daub feature!

Cards: This is where your Bingo Cards will appear before the livestream starts! You can tap/click on the bingo number being called, and it will mark the number on your card.

Chat: You can chat with your fellow Bingo players here! Type in a Hello and let's have some fun!

Select Game: With our Bingo sessions, we have a certain amount of games within the session. So if we are starting the session, we'll start on 'Game 1'.

In this 'Select Game' dropdown area, you will be able to choose the game that matches the livestream and your Bingo cards will show up for the specific game!

Example: The Bingo Caller says that we're moving to 'Game 3'! Click on the 'Select Game' button and choose Game 3. Then your Bingo cards for Game 3 will appear and off you go!
