There are a couple of things you can check if this happens! π If your Promo Code is showing as expired, here are a few things to check: π‘ Is it the correct day for the Promo Code? Visit our homepage for Match dates or check the email where you received the Promo Code to find its dates! Are you entering the Promo Code correctly? Make sure it's in ALL CAPS with no spaces! π§’ Are you entering a Promo Code or a Gift Code? Helpful pointers are up above! ππΌ Sometimes, it might just be that you've missed that promotion, and the code has expired! That's okay, we do run a bunch of fun promotions that you can be a part of! Here are some reasons why this might have happened π€ The purchase failed and was not added to your account, that's okay! You can just try again or change the card/account you're using to make a purchase π The Promo Code was not valid or expired. It happens! Be sure to check the Terms and Conditions on the email you received the promotion on to check the dates π The Promo Code was used on the wrong day for the monthly match dates. If you're still unsure, the Customer Support Team will be able to take a look at your account and provide you with some information about your purchase and match play. We need some information to be able to help you out including: The promo code that was used π§πΌβπ» The date and time of the purchase π The Coin Bundle that was purchased πͺ The last 4 digits of the card that was used π³ The transaction ID from your purchase receipt will also be helpful π§Ύ Did Only Part of The Promotion Work? When you've used a Promo Code and purchased, were you expecting to see a bigger match? Every Promo Code has its own Terms and Conditions, these can be found at the bottom of the email you received the promotion in π The Terms and Conditions include the Promo Code, the percentage it will match your purchase on, which Coin Bundles will accept the Promo Code for the matched amount and the dates and times the Promo Code is valid for. For example:If a Promo code is for a 100% Match on a $19.99-Coin Bundle, and you use that Promo Code on a $49.99 Coin Bundle, you will only get the 100% Match on the $19.99 part of the $49.99 Coin Bundle.
