Troubleshooting Access and Loading Issues on Ruby Sweeps
For Apple Devices:
1️⃣ Go to your device Settings
2️⃣ Tap on Safari
3️⃣ Select the "Clear History and Website Data" option
Once done, close and relaunch the Ruby Sweeps app or website and try accessing your games again.
Please note: This will clear your cache, cookies and browsing history
For Android or Windows:
1️⃣ Open Chrome App on your mobile device
2️⃣ Click on the 3 dots icon located at the top-right of your browser
3️⃣ Tap on "History"
4️⃣ Select "Clear Browsing Data"
5️⃣ Select the time range you would like to clear, or you can select "All Time" to delete everything
6️⃣ Tick the boxes next to "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files"
7️⃣ Tap on "Clear Data" Reopen Chrome, navigate back to Ruby Sweeps, and log in again.

Close the app or website.
Log back into your account.
Refresh the app or website and attempt the action again, such as signing up for a game from the Live Bingo section.
