What Do the Redemption Statuses Mean?

We use different terms to describe the status of your redemption reservation.

Here's the guide below:

Requested ⏳

  • This means that your redemption reservation is in the queue for security checks and approval by our Customer Support Team.

Reviewed ➖

  • This means that your redemption reservation has been reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Support Team.

  • Your redemption has been sent to the Redemption Team to continue the process. (*see note below)

Succeeded ☑️

  • This means that our Redemption Team have completed any other security checks and sent your redemption to our payment gateway to continue processing.

  • We will send a confirmation message when we have completed this step.

  • They will usually send out your redemption for the next step within the next 24 hours* after approval.

Failed ✖️

  • You card may be locked. Make sure to unlock it!

  • Receiving bank systems may be down at the time the redemption was approved.

  • Your card issuer or receiving bank declined the deposit attempt. Make sure they accept third-party deposits!

*We do not process redemptions on weekends on Public Bank Holidays
