How to make a reservation!

First get to the redemption page on our site!
Log in to Ruby Sweeps
Go to the Main Menu
Click on "Redeem"
On this page, when you go to make a redemption, you will now have two options to choose from!
Redemptions to your Bank Account OR Redemptions to your Debit Card 🎉
The following instructions are for Debit Card Redemptions.If you choose to make a redemption to your Debit Card, your winnings will hit your account on the same day that our team approves your redemption, but there will be a 5% fee deducted from your redemption!
1. Select Add new Redemption Methods
2. Add a Debit Card
3. Add your new payout card and "Save Card"
Note: Some cards are not eligible for disbursements (i.e. Cash App, PayPal card, other prepaid debit cards). Check with your card issuer before trying.
4. Select your withdrawal amount and click redeem!
Note: We approve Rapid Redemptions during our Customer Support office hours. The processing times start once our Customer Support team confirms the redemption.
