How to make a reservation!
This is a step-by-step guide telling you how!
First, get to the redemption page on our site!
Log in to Ruby Sweeps.
Go to the Main Menu.
Click on "Redeem".
On this page, when you go to make a redemption, you will now have two options to choose from!Redemptions to your Bank Account OR Redemptions to your Debit Card 🎉
The following instructions are for Bank Account Redemptions.
If you choose to make a redemption to your Bank Account, your winnings will hit your account in up to 5-7 business days once approved by our team!
1. Select Add new Redemption Methods
2. Select Connect a Bank
3. Connect your bank!
4. Select your withdrawal amount and click redeem!
Note: We approve Bank Account Redemptions during our Customer Support office hours. The processing times start once our Customer Support team confirms the redemption.To learn about our Customer Support hours - read here!
