Horse Races

What is it?

It's a fast-paced game where you bet on one of the 15 'Horses' (Bingo numbers B1-B15). The first Horse to have all five numbers in its downline called wins!💰

Prize & Betting

How to Play: You can play for Cash Prizes using Emeralds or just For Fun using Gold Coins.
Winning Prize: The winner's prize is always 10 times (10x) the purchase price.
- Example: Buy-in of 10 Emeralds wins 100 Emeralds.
Selecting Horses: You can select as many horses as you want for one race.

How to Play

Pre-Race Setup (Before the Board Opens)

Listen to the Caller: The caller will announce the Price (buy-in) for the race.

Choose Your Currency: Decide if you're playing with Emeralds (Cash Prizes) or Gold Coins (Fun) using the currency switch.

Horses: Look at the horses (numbers 1-15). They will be greyed out, waiting for the board to open.

Selecting Your Horse ("Board Open")

Caller Announcement: The caller will say "Board Open!" and the horses will light up.
Make Your Selection:
- Click on the horse number you want.
- It may take a moment to confirm your selection.
- Check the Screen: Make sure your nickname (or part of your email) followed by stars appears on the stream to confirm you have the horse.

Important Notes

If a horse is greyed out, someone else has already taken it.
If you don't have enough Emeralds or Gold Coins, you won't be able to select a horse.
During busy times, the board fills up fast, so be quick!

Race Start ("Board Full")

Selections Locked: Once the board is full, the caller will close it. You can no longer remove your selection.
The Race: The caller will call out the Bingo Balls. As a number for a horse's downline is called, that horse will move forward on the race screen.

Winning: The race ends when one Horse completes its downline first (all 5 of its required numbers have been called).

You will see the horses start to move across the screen as one of their numbers gets called.

Race Over

Confirmation: The caller confirms the winning horse and the player who selected it.
Credit: The winning player is instantly credited with their Emeralds or Gold Coins prize.

Next Race: The board resets, and a new race begins!

In the example below, Horse 5 would be the winner, as 5, 20, 35, 50, and 65 were called before any other downline.
