Cece Bartley January 30, 2025 00:14 Updated We use different terms to describe the status of your redemption reservation, here's the guide below: Requested ⏳ This means that your redemption reservation is in queue for security checks and approval by our Customer Support Team. Reviewed ➖ This means that your redemption reservation has been reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Support Team. Your redemption has been sent to the Redemption Team to continue the process. (*see note below) Succeeded ☑️ This means that our Redemption Team have completed any other security checks and sent your redemption to our payment gateway to continue processing. We will send a confirmation message when we have completed this step. They will usually send out your redemption for the next step within the next 24 hours* after approval. Failed ✖️ This means that there has been an issue with your redemption, and it has been rejected. Our Customer Support Team will be in touch to ask for more information in order to update your account and resend your redemption.
