The Redemption Process at Ruby Sweeps!

Whether it's your first time redeeming or you're a long-time player, here's a helpful guide to the redemption process!

What is Redeeming?

When you play our games at Ruby Sweeps, you can play using your Emeralds! If you win Emeralds by hitting the features, you can redeem them to exchange for real cash!! πŸ’° One Emerald can be redeemed for $1 USD!! Redeeming or making a redemption reservation is the process of exchanging your Won Emeralds for Real Cash to your account πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

What do you need to get the redemption process started?!

  • Well! Make sure you're signed up and playing Ruby Sweeps! - Signing Up to Ruby Sweeps!

    • If you're in and playing our games you can be in to win!! πŸ’š

  • Then you'll need to have at least 50 Won Emeralds in order to redeem!

  • Following that you'll need to make sure you're Redemption Verified 😊

Making a redemption reservation!

Once you've completed the steps above, you'll be ready to make your redemption reservation!

Here's how!

  • Log in to Ruby Sweeps

  • Go to the Main Menu

  • Click on "Redeem"

  • It will open the "Reserve Emeralds" page

  • Enter your full name as it appears on your bank account

  • Enter your Routing Number and Account Number (Redemptions to non-traditional bank accounts, such as Cash App and Chime, are not guaranteed and may not be successful for all users. )

  • Choose Checking or Savings

  • Tick the box to confirm that your information is correct

  • Click "Submit"

  • Once you've confirmed your account details, you'll need to enter the number of Won Emeralds that you'd like to redeem between 50 and 4999.

  • Click 'Submit!'

Congrats! You've just made your Redemption Reservation!

What Happens next?

Once you've made your reservation you can track its status in the same section of your account. An example is below πŸ’š

Once your status says succeeded, that will mean your redemption is moving toward your account! Our redemption times do vary - though from feedback, approximately 5-7 business days is the standard length of time redemptions are taking.

What do the Redemption Statuses Mean?

We use different terms to describe the status of your redemption reservation, here's the guide below:

Requested ⏳

  • This means that your redemption reservation is in queue for security checks and approval by our Customer Support Team.

Reviewed βž–

  • This means that your redemption reservation has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support Team.

Succeeded β˜‘οΈ

  • This means that we have completed your security checks, manually approved your redemption for processing and sent it off to the Redemption Team.

  • We will send a confirmation message when we have completed this step.

  • They will usually send out your redemption for the next step within the next 24 hours* after approval.

  • Once we have sent out your redemption, it is sent to a processor before landing in your bank account. (*see note below)

Failed βœ–οΈ

  • This means that there has been an issue with your redemption, and it has been rejected.

  • Our Customer Support Team will be in touch to ask for more information in order to update your account and resend your redemption.

  • Please reach out if you notice this status on your account so we can help you!

*We do not process redemptions on weekends and Public Bank Holidays

Our redemption times can vary, and we do aim to communicate and update our site as soon as we can to keep players updated and aware 😊

How Long Does it take before I can Expect to see my Redemption?

Our redemption times do vary at the moment! We are seeing our average redemption time taking approximately between 5-7 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays 😊 We send out confirmation emails and aim to update our channels if we see these redemption times slowing down 😊

We are working really hard to increase the speed of our Redemptions and to be able to offer faster redemptions in the near future! How exciting! πŸ₯³

What happens if it's been more than 5-7 business days?!

If you still haven't seen your redemption land in your account by the 7th business day, please reach out to us! You can use the chat bubble or click 'submit request' down the bottom of this article! We will work with you to figure out what's going on 😊

Other Helpful Pieces of Information!

Minimum and Maximum Redemption Reservation Amounts

  • We do have minimum and maximum redemption amounts!

    • You need at least 50 Won Emeralds in order to redeem 😊

    • You can redeem a maximum of 4999 Won Emeralds.

    • Remember though, once a redemption reservation status is succeeded, you can make another reservation 😊

What will your redemption appear as in your banking account?

  • Your redemption will show up as "Pps - Ruby Sweeps" in your transaction history! Keep your eyes peeled for that! πŸ‘€

Completing IRS 1099 Tax Forms

  • If you redeem more than $600 accumulatively in a financial calendar year from us at Ruby Sweeps (well done you!!) we will need to request you complete an IRS 1099 Tax Form - more info on that here Completing IRS 1099 Tax Forms
