What is Redeeming?
When you play our games at Ruby Sweeps, you can play using your Emeralds. If you win Emeralds, these are redeemable for cash prizes at a ratio of 1:1 (1 Emerald = 1 USD) 💰
Checks to complete before requesting your redemption:
Make sure you're signed up and playing Ruby Sweeps.
Check you have at least 50 Won Emeralds.
Ensure you're Redemption Verified.
What Options Do I Have to Redeem?
When you go to make a redemption, you will now have two options to choose from 💵
Option 1 - Rapid Redemption (Debit Card)
If you choose to make a redemption to your Debit Card, your winnings will hit your account within 24 hours of our Support Team approving your redemption, but there will be a 5% fee deducted from your redemption!
Additionally, ensure that you use only traditional bank cards for redemptions, as prepaid cards or non-traditional bank cards may not be supported. To prevent issues, check that the billing address and ZIP code entered exactly match the details associated with your bank account.
Note: We approve ACH and Rapid Redemptions during our Customer Support office hours. The processing times start once our Customer Support team confirms the redemption. We do not process redemptions on weekends and Public Bank Holidays.

Option 2- ACH 5-7 Business Days (Bank Account)
If you choose to make a redemption to your Bank Account, search for and select your bank. Log in to your online banking account to connect it. From there, redeem the amount wanted and your winnings will hit your account up to 5-7 business days once approved by our team!

Maximum - 4999 Won Emeralds
Can I make a request for more then one redemption as at a time?
You can only request one redemption reservation at a time but once our Customer Support team has reviewed your redemption, you can make another reservation 😊
Troubleshooting Payment Failures
Double-check that the billing information you provide, including the address and ZIP code, matches your bank's records to avoid rejection.
If your redemption fails, try using an alternative traditional bank card or switch to an ACH (bank transfer) redemption method.
Contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your card for online gaming platform transactions.
IRS 1099 Tax Forms
If you redeem more than $600 accumulatively in a financial calendar year, you will be required to complete an IRS 1099 Tax Form.
