When you go to make a redemption, you will now have two options to choose from!
Redemptions to your Bank Account OR Redemptions to your Debit Card 🎉
If you choose to make a redemption to your Bank Account, the process will be the same as what you are used to currently and your winnings will hit your account within 5-7 business days once approved by our team!
If you choose to make a redemption to your Debit Card, your winnings will hit your account on the same day that our team approves your redemption, but there will be a 5% fee deducted from your redemption!
Here are our Redemption Statuses:
1. Requested - You've requested a redemption! 🥳
2. Reviewed - The Customer Support team have reviewed and confirmed the redemption! The redemption has been passed on to our Redemption Team to continue the process.
3. Succeeded - Our Redemption team have sent the redemption to our payment gateway to continue processing!
4. Failed - For whatever reason the redemption has failed. The Customer Support team will let you know the reason why.
