Lotería is our live picture-card game, played the traditional way — with a deck of illustrated cards instead of numbered balls. 🎴
If you've played Ruby Bingo, you already know most of this. Same cards-and-patterns idea, same auto-daub, same screen. What changes is the deck, and what happens when you win.

Finding a game
Lotería appears in the Live Bingo tab alongside our bingo sessions, marked with a Lotería tag. Games run back to back throughout a session, so there's usually one about to start.
Your free cards
Join a Lotería session and you'll get 4 free Gold Coin cards in every game 🪙 — automatically, in every game, for as long as you're in the session. Nothing to add, nothing to claim.
Gold Coins are our social play, and the Gold Coin game has its own prize.
Use the currency toggle above your cards to switch between your Gold Coin cards and your Emerald ones. Each currency has its own cards and its own prize.
Adding Emerald cards
Want to play for Emerald prizes as well? Tap + Add cards, choose a game, and pick how many you'd like. Each card is 1 Emerald. 💎
You can add cards for a game well ahead of time — the game list runs a long way forward, so you can set yourself up for several games at once if you'd rather not keep coming back.
Every card has a Card ID printed at the top. Worth noting if you ever need to ask us about a particular card.
When does a game actually start?
This is the one thing that surprises people, so it's worth knowing.
A Lotería game starts once 15 cards are in play — across everyone, not per person. Until then, the screen says the game will start soon and simply waits.
Once 15 cards are in, a 30-second countdown begins and the game runs. It doesn't matter how many players there are — one player with enough cards is enough.
So if a game seems to be sitting still, nothing is broken. It's waiting for cards.
How a game plays
Cards are called one at a time. Each one appears large in the middle of the screen with its name — El Árbol, La Luna, El Pescado — and the full deck sits to the side, lighting up as cards are called. A counter keeps track of how many have gone.
Your cards mark themselves. You don't need to tap anything to keep up.
Each game has a pattern to complete, shown at the top left in both English and Spanish — for example Frame / El marco. The little grid shows you the shape you're aiming for.
Prizes
Each game shows two prizes side by side, like 10 💎 / 10000 🪙 — one for Emerald cards, one for Gold Coin cards. They're two separate games running on the same draw, so there can be an Emerald winner and a Gold Coin winner in the same round.
The Emerald prize grows as cards are added. The more cards in play for that game, the bigger it gets — which is why the figure climbs before a game starts. The Gold Coin prize is set and doesn't move.
Winning — there's nothing you need to do 🎉
You don't have to be watching, and you don't have to press anything.
When a card completes the pattern, the winner's card goes up on screen under a ¡LOTERÍA! banner, and the prize is added to their Play Amount automatically.
You'll see a ¡LOTERÍA! button appear on a winning card. You don't have to tap it — it's there to celebrate, not to claim. Your prize is yours either way, whether you're at the screen or not.
